About Onyinye

Onyinye Ibeneche Avbovbo is a member of our People and Organization and Transformation practices with a focus on  Consumer ProductsRetail and Social Impact.

She is passionate about transforming organizations sustainably, especially those seeking to change their business model to inflect growth and amplify impact. In a world of increasing complexity and change, she helps business leaders drive sustainable change by leading through and with others.

Onyinye’s work cuts across Operating Model and  Results Delivery®, including org design, decision making, leadership alignment, culture, and change management. She often engages with clients to (i) identify key organization issues that impede progress, (ii) align leadership around a critical path, and (iii) embed new routines and behaviors which are key to driving change that sticks. Her thoughtful approach to putting people at the center of transformations, helps clients to unleash the potential of their organizations.

Onyinye serves on the Board of the Trustees of Reservations, and is the mother of a neurodivergent daughter, and a neurotypical son who both reinforce her belief in unbounded human potential.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University.
